Panels bolt together using 12mm flanged bolts at 500 centres through internal fiberglass flanges.

External fibreglass shell only with ribbed fiberglass internal reinforcing struts and 75mm internal fibreglass flanges for strength
Insulation and all internal fit out to be done as per client requirements
Each side of pyramid has 9 separate fiberglass pieces in kit (x four sides in total)
1. Top 1x3 layers of blocks
2. Middle 1x4 layers of blocks
3. Bottom 2x5 layers of blocks
4. Door surround trims – 3 piece comprising 2 vertical and 1 horizontal piece
5. Triangular door returns x 2
Once number of openings are determined the other entrances can be filled with either
a.) infill stone panel (1piece)
b.) infill stone panel with reinforced window frame (1piece) - window pane excluded
Erection kit includes bolts and polyester filler and sand to waterproof joints.
Doors and Windows:
Client must specify door and window requirements
Internal fitout at clients discretion.
Top two layers of block can be cast in clear fibreglass on 4 sides to provide light transmission during day and a golden crowning light feature at night. (Optional extra)
100m2 Pharaohs Choice Pyramid Kit
An additional base section is currently being developed to add onto the 47m version which will result in a 10m x10m footprint. This will enable a mezzanine floor of approximately 42sq metres to be built at a height of about 2.7 metres with a central void enabling bottom floor viewing of the full height of the APEX which will be approximately 10m high. The total floor area incorporating a mezzanine would result in about 135sq metres. The internal fitout is by client including the mezzanine. Separate design certification for mezzanine required.
